We had a great turnout at our recent union shop meeting at GPI, showing the strength and solidarity of our members. It was encouraging to see so many brothers and sisters come together, engaged and committed to making a difference.
During the meeting, members openly discussed the issues we are facing on the job. The conversation was productive, with strong participation and thoughtful input from everyone in the room. These discussions are critical as they give us a clear understanding of where improvements are needed.
Together, we focused on how we can continue to make things better, both in our daily work environment and for the future of our union. The unity and determination shown by everyone in attendance is what drives progress and ensures our voices are heard.
